Heinrich was born in the Swartland wine region, west of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a qualified Sommelier who has spent 15 years in the wine industry.

 

From his experience living on wine farms, planting, harvesting, bottling, and selling, he has a unique insight and passion for an industry that is much more than the much-loved final product. It is about the people that make the wine, the history that moulds the tastes and the soil that roots it into the ground. Each part leaves a unique mark on the colours, smells and tastes that come with popping the cork.
